How does it work ?
Our steam sauna uses a electric steam generator. You fill its water tank, switch it on, and within a few minutes it boils the water into steam, filling the enclosed tent. As the steam circulates, the air temperature and humidity rise, enveloping you in warm, moist heat, imagine stepping into a tropical greenhouse on a misty morning.
Difference between steam sauna and dry sauna ?
Steam Sauna: Operates at comfortable temperatures (43-65°C/110-150°F) with 100% humidity. The enveloping steam opens pores completely, enhances skin hydration, and soothes respiratory passages. Many find the moist heat particularly therapeutic for congestion and muscle tension.
Dry Sauna: Runs at similar temperatures with low humidity (5-20%). Produces a gradual, deep sweat.
I’m 6ft tall. Will I fit in ?
Our standard portable sauna tent interior height can accommodate people of around 6′ 2″ (188 cm) standing, and the fold‑down stool is adjustable to accommodate users much taller comfortably.
Can i use it indoors and outdoors?
Absolutely. The sauna’s lightweight, waterproof, outer shell makes it suitable for patios, decks, tents or even grassy areas. Indoors, you can set it up in a bathroom, bedroom, garage, or home gym. For extra protection you can place a cloth underneath to absorb the water.
How long does it take to setup
Setup takes about 10 minutes approx: unfold the tent frame, zip on the cover, attach the heating unit, and insert the stool. No tools required—just unfold, click, and go.
How hot does it get ?
Steam generator heats water to produce steam at around 110 °F – 150 °F (43 – 65 °C). Use the digital control panel to select your desired temperature; most users find 110 – 120 °F (43 – 49 °C) ideal for a comfortable yet effective session.
How do I clean it ?
Wipe down all surfaces using a vinegar solution and wash any removable mats in your washing machine. Make sure your sauna is completely dry before your next session. These simple maintenance steps will ensure your Sauna stays fresh, free of odours, and always ready for your relaxation time.
